This soup carton stands at around 15cm high containing two 250ml servings (total of 500ml). The carton is covered with illustrations and photographs of fresh vegetables and rich landscapes-looks good. This soup contains a lot of tomato (40%) in addition to the 17.5% of other vegetables including onion, peppers, beans and courgette. ...pouring this rich coloured soup into the saucepan, I see a lush red liquid scattered with greens and whites of the vegetables in it. I turn up the heat and let it heat for around 4/5 minutes and pour it into my bowl (almost) boiling hot. I chose to eat my soup with a buttered white bread roll which does work really well.
