We had nothing but trouble with our Candy CL160K. Within two months it needed re-gassing as it was freezing on the inside walls. All our food, milk etc was frozen literally overnight. Two separate visits from engineers resulted in it being re-gassed. The same happened again, two months passed by, two different engineers and again re-gassed. Incredibly it happened a third time and I was told by customer services that it would need a new thermostat, the fridge was only 6 months old!!! I wasn't happy but what could I do? So, a thermostat was fitted and hey presto it no longer kept things cold ...
