Basic soup.

Advantages: Nice taste, full of flavour. Nice price and good quality.
Disadvantages: Not as creamy as a branded kind.

Advantages: cheap, warm and does squash in my rucksack
Disadvantages: pain if you can't find a can opener, colour of soup isnt appealing

Super Soup!!! Don't Knock it till you tried it!

Advantages: Low in Fat, Calories and Sugars. High in Fibre and Protein. Cheap & Suitable for Vegetarians.
