Judging by the other reviews here I am not alone in my negative experience of this cooker.
The first problem we had was that the oven would not stay lit - the flame would go out for no reason at all and the safety mechanism would literally "click" in.
The thermostat for the main oven has been problematic from day one despite being replaced on three occasions - subsequently there is no or very little control over the flame height: it's all or nothing. Burned or uncooked.
We use the oven infrequently and so it took us a while to notice that there was a problem. We even almost convinced ourselves that the oven is supposed to work like this (three replaced thermostats?!)
Now we find that the top oven is also faulty - tried to cook a small chicken which was uncooked on the inside and burned on the outside.
These observations and experiences seem to tally with that of other reviewers here.
I assume that there is some sort of design fault with this oven.
I would strongly recommend that you do not buy it - although it is a very good looking oven in terms of quality it just not perform adequately.

Not sure you are correct: the first review in the series gives a good overview of manufacturer claimed features and is, objectively, correct in terms of what the appliance claims to offer; there's no point in repeating details for the sake of it - that's the beauty of Ciao. I might have expanded on the safety features (fail safe thermostat) and the timer features but my review is basically an experience based short description warning of quality assurance issues connected with this cooker.

It would be good to first hear about what this cooker is supposed to offer before you list all the faults you have experienced.
