This machine is used in an office which does not have its own photocopier and this cover's the needs of the odd copying job perfectly. Its a busy machine and regularly needs topping up with paper to keep up with the many faxes received. The cartridges although a bit pricy appear to last much longer than other faxes I have tried and the print quality is really good. For a hardworking simple to use machine I can't fault it even though it doesn't look that robust, its certainly providing a good service. This machine sends and receives faxes with little fuss. The programmable voice record and all of the functions are easy to work out and the manual takes you through it all step by step.
