I often study abroad as a student, and take a laptop, zip drive and printer with me. Before I had a BJC50 I usually had to carry another bag for the printer, power cords, and accessories. However, my lovely BJC50 is so compact, I can usually fit it inside my laptop bag. The printer has good colour output at a reasonable speed but eats ink very quickly. Understandably, photo quality is poor and graphics is reasonable but then this is a compact, small printer and considering this I am very pleased with my choice. A brilliant advantage is that it can run off a built-in battery so the true computer 'road-warrior' can print and work wherever he/she may be.

Advantages: Small and compact, able to print colour and monochrome, rechargeable. Disadvantages: It can be difficult to get paper to feed straight, a bit noisy when printing colour.
