The BJC-8200 Color Bubble Jet Photo Printer delivers spectacular 1200 x 1200 dpi results with ease and finesse. In fact, this incredible desktop printer is one of the most advanced in the world, featuring numerous technological breakthroughs that enable you to output photos that are absolutely breathtaking. The BJC-8200 printer was designed with many advanced features that make printing easier than ever. It features the Canon Think Tank System - an intelligent ink-management system that eliminates ink waste and saves you money. It uses individual ink tanks for each color, so you replace only the color that runs out. And, its unique optical low-ink sensor alerts you when ink is low so you can pop in another tank at just the right time. You can also swap the ink cartridge with Canon's optional IS-52 Color Image Scanner Cartridge and instantly turn your printer into a 600 dpi sheetfed scanner. The BJC-8200 printer is also outfitted with a convenient USB port for easy connection to any USB equipped Macintosh or PC. So much goes into taking great photos. That's why nothing but the best paper will do when it's time to showcase them. Canon high-gloss, extra-heavy Photo Paper Pro enables you to achieve that with simplicity, ease and unsurpassed quality and realism. Each sheet is actually comprised of four separate layers, enhancing ink saturation and water-resistance, speeding drying time, and making colors and images as vivid and vibrant as silver halide photos.
