The S630 Color Bubble Jet Printer from Canon brings impressive, high-end performance and great value to desktops everywhere. It delivers remarkable speed and exceptional photo quality. Plus, you'll find a whole lot of advanced features that make printing incredibly quiet and easy and everyday results truly spectacular. And because it features both USB and parallel ports, it's the ideal companion to any compatible Mac or PC. Print laser-sharp letters, flyers and Web pages at up to 17ppm in black and up to 12ppm in color. The S630 printer speeds through projects without compromising quality. Advanced MicroFine Droplet Technology further refines color, precision and detail for breathtaking photo printing even on plain paper. And Canon's exclusive Precision Color Distribution Technology ensures high-quality output and accurate color reproduction even in draft mode. The S630 printer features the Canon Think Tank System - an intelligent ink-management system that helps eliminate ink waste. It uses individual ink tanks for each color, so you replace only the color you need as it runs out, not the entire cartridge. The Canon Think Tank System also features a unique low-ink sensor that alerts you with an on-screen message when ink levels are low. So you can drop in a new tank before running out of ink unexpectedly in the middle of a print job.

Advantages: Good clean relatively cheap printer Disadvantages: Slow
...The canons100 is a good value for money printer. It is plug and play so you just plug it into your USB port and that is it, you dont have to install drivers or restart your computer. As usual canon has made a brilliant printer. The canons100 can print alot of pages in a small cartridge and is small and can be fitted into the smallest of spaces.
The canonS100 is very stylish but also very reliable, it may not be able to stand up to laser printers or photo printers but it is less than a quarter of the price and for home use is all you will need unless you have exceptiponal circumstances.
This printer takes about 1 minute to print 1 full page of text. It takes about 2 minutes to print a colour photo. The S100's ink cartirdges can be as little as £2 each and last for a long time, this if you ask me is brilliant valiue for money as some...

Advantages: Separate colour cartridges mean less waste of ink Disadvantages: Extremely noisy!
...(providing that you have fresh ink - otherwise it can look a bit 'liney').
The only drawback I can find is that it can be very slow if you're printing good quality colour and it is INCREDIBLY noisy! It practically shouts at you when you turn it on - it's like you're being told off for waking it up!
That said, I would buy a Canon again and I have recommended this 'separate inks' colour printer to friends and family and they're all very happy with it. They can't believe they used to throw away so much colour ink before! The CanonS630 is a very similar style but much quieter and trendier - silver and dark grey instead of beige....

Advantages: Cheap price and prints nicely, affordable ink catridges Disadvantages: error on waste tank full, prints discolored sometimes
...lights) and occurs when a counter in the nozzle reaches its factory limit. Its the only error i've had in its lifetime. To my horror, i found out in the internet that i'm not the only person which has the same problem, other people who purchased the same printer also had this problem arount 2 years of its use. No BJ catridge replacement could also fix this problem sadly it CANNOT be reset even if you know the reset codes. Their customer support insist that it is a catridges problem, so they've spent good money without any use.
What does this opinion got to do with s200? Well, the same thing will happen as i later found out in the internet.
Mistakes are not meant to be repeated, sooner or later my history shall repeat (i still have those bjc--3000 and s200)
i'll be fair with canon as this is the only problem i've encountered, sadly it has...

I’ve been putting off writing this review for months and months. I’ve been waiting until I know just about as much about the camera as I possibly can, but I’ve come to the conclusion that this will never happen, more
