HP 350XL print cartridge is good value for money

Advantages: very long lasting, high quality ink
Disadvantages: the initial cost is more than a regular sized cartridge

In my opinion the HP 350XL print cartridge is good value for money. It provides a high quality print everytime on a variety of different papers and lasts a really long time. I definately think it is worth while buying the XL cartridges as they work out cheaper in the long run. I bought this product when printing my dissertation at university and despite the fact that it was over 200 pages long and i had to make 2 copies the cartridge lasted the whole time as well as having some ink left over. The ink was also quick drying so it was very smudge resistant even on glossy paper. I would recommend this product to anyone who is thinking of buying a black ink cartridge for their HP printer. ...

HP45 Print Cartridge

Advantages: Print quality, ease of use
Disadvantages: Too expensive

can malfunction and leak, but I have yet to experience this happening to any of the ones I have had. With my recycling hat on, there is no mention on this cartridge of whether any parts have been used from recycled materials. I?m assuming then that HP are not trying to used recycled parts in this print cartridge, which seems a real waste considering the amount of these cartridges that must be used and thrown away on a daily basis worldwide! Here comes my usual gripe with Hewlett Packard consumables, I feel that they are too expensive! OK £20 might not seem that excessive a price, but considering that you usually need a colour cartridge too for around the same price, you are talking about £40 just to replace the ink in a printer that probably only cost £80 to begin with! I don?t think that it is particularly fair to consumers ...

Review of HP 45 - print cartridge (51645GE)

Canon Yellow Third party Ink Cartridge

Advantages: Cheap, Does the job, Better for the environment
Disadvantages: Printing results are not very good

This review is for the yellow Canon ink cartridge that i bought from my local ink refill store. I bought this as ink for canon printers can be extortinate so decided i would try and save on costs and try out third party ones. on first impressions,the only thing that appeared different from the original ink cartridges was the packaging. In terms of printing quality,it looked quite similar however when i started printing out more and more copies,the morethe quality degraded. The ink cartridge doesn't last as long either as the genuine ones. They also have a tendency to smudge and also do not dry as quickly. Overall i probably would not recommend them unless you are looking to use it very ocassionally ...
