This is a superb scanner from Canon at a very reasonable price (I paid £55 for mine). The quality and resolution of scans is very good as you'd expect from Canon.

It is user friendly with the accompanying software and three buttons on the front allow you to fire up the appropriate software for scanning, emailing or copying to printer.

The best thing about the scanner though is the very small footprint. It's not very big as scanners go anyway, so even with it flat on your desk it looks slim and compact. BUT it also comes with a mount that allows you to stand it on it's side and you can STILL USE IT while it is in this position (unless you are scanning from something heavy like a magazine or book.)

Good value for money, great quality scans, and unobtrusive on your desk. Can't ask for more!
