I was reluctant to buy this case to begin with, I went about a month before I realised quite how useful this case actually was until I had it. I paid £35 for this case about a year ago from an online shop.
The case is in 2 parts, one bit that screws into the bottom of the camera that you can leave on at all times, it also helps to prevent you scratching the camera whe you rest it down. The other part is the main case as you can see from the picture. It curves over and has 2 push button and a velcro pad. It is very sturdy and will protect if you drop the camera, but also allows the standard camera strap to feed through easily.
Disadvantages are that once you have taken it off your camera you never know where to put it - but you can fold it up and almost fit it in a man sized pocket!
Well worth the money in my opinion ...

Canon DCC-90 Soft Case - my review
Canon DCC-90 is the official soft case for the Canoncamera models S2, S3 and S5. There isn't really too much to say about this soft case but I'll do my best.
I own a Canondigital camera S5 IS and since the size of this camera is quite weird (not as big as Reflex cameras but neither small enough to fit in common cameracases) I found very hard to find a proper case for it. What stopped me from buying the original case by Canon was it's price. As a matter of fact the cost is £14.55 at the lowest (on amazon.co.uk) while generally can be purchased around £17-25 everywhere else. Also I could hardly find any picture of it online and they are impossible to find in shops so I didn't really fancied spending such an amount of money for something I couldn't even see properly. Advantages: Big enough for the average user, strong, comfortable to carry, flexible in use. Disadvantages: More than one very long super-telephoto lens would be more difficult to accommodate.
Canon gadget bag
When I recieved this bag I expected the bag to be slightly bigger than it actually was, but it is very flexible to use and you can fit a surprising amount of gear into it, without it being so big that it is awkward to use.
I have two camera bodies, an EOS 40D & an EOS 50D, not the smallest EOS cameras by a long way, and four lenses, a 10-22mm wide angle, a 17-85mm, a 60mm macro and a 70-300mm tele-zoom, plus a few acessories, which all fit quite easily into it, with room for another lens, lenshoods or a flashgun should I need it.
The bag is designed so that all your equipment is easily accessible, with everything to hand, and the dividers keep everything in place, so you are not continually searching around for things lost in the corners of the bag, in fact there are no sharp corners inside this bag ...
