It's still my favorite camera, and it is working like in the first day! And it's far from being outdated.
The body of the camera is totally ... ...The camera comes with a Canon EF 28-80 mm (F/3.5-5.6II) lens, but there are hundreds of other lenses available, that you can always try or trade!
It's very easy to work with it, if you're keen with this kind of equipment you'll figure it out all by yourself, otherwise I advice a 15 -30 minutes look at the instruction manual.

It's still my favorite camera, and it is working like in the first day! And it's far from being outdated.
The body of the camera is totally black, on the top of it sits the mode wheel, the internal flash and external flash socket, the lcd display and the all important shutter release button. It has 4 automatic modes: Macro, Action, Scenery, and portraits, in a total of 11 shooting modes. The automatic modes basically alter the aperture and shutter speed to preset values, optimizing the camera for the shot you want to make. But trying the manual modes is always the best part of these cameras! It has 3-point auto focusing, partial and centre-weighted metering.

It uses 2 3v lithium batteries, which with an average use of the camera may last longer than a year!
