It's going to be hard to list the things I DON'T like about this camera. I thought paying about £400 for the kit was expensive, but I never realised at that point that this £400 would be worth it!

First of all, it's a whopping 10.1 mega pixels. Next, Canon has improved the EOS series by introducing a nifty little bit of technology called 'Self Cleansing Sensor Unit' to avoid those dusty little bits that get into the lens. The screen is not too huge but not too small, and displays the images so clearly with a brightness adjust option.

Moving on, it lets you shoot in upto 12 different modes depending on what the subject is which is pretty much what most SLR cameras let you do, as well as the exposure control.

The only thing about the camera that annoys me is that add-ons are so damn expensive! Although this is the case with any SLR, especially Nikon and Canon. I didn't think I'd be using it much for photography, but since I was so pleased with the result and ease of use of this camera, I bought myself a tripod to go with it and now I'm even looking for a flash gun and different types of lenses!

The only other thing is that it should have a video function for short films. There are a few SLRs that do have that option, but it would have been nice to have it on this as well. I did need a video camera for short clips for my art film, but had to invest in a video camera.

Nonetheless, this camera has been a godsend for my holidays, imagine travelling around Egypt with this camera! The shots I got were amazing quality. It may seem pricey, but it's definately worth it!
