Canon 450D was my first digital camera

I've joined The Vilnius college of technologies an design two years ago. My friend offered me to buy this model and I was pleased enough. I had only one lens (canon 50mm, f/1.8) and I started to make a lot of pictures with it to improve my skills. At the first time I didn't even know what is programs like Av, Tv, P. The users mannual helped me to find out what is it and what can you do wiht it. After a short time i knew all the features that is included and I was happy to drive it. All the functions is enough comfortable to set up your settings pretty fast when it's needed.

Lens is more important than a camera

Most of the people think that the main criteria is how many pixels does camera have. It is not true. The quality of image depends on sensor size and lens. If you will have a full frame camera and use some cheap lens then it won't make any sense. In another hand, if you'll have a super expensive lens and use a smal size sensor camera which may have many pixels it will also do not make sense.
My Canon 450D has enough pixels, but if the view is dark and I try to offset the darkness by raising ISO sensitivity the quality of image gets worse. However, I always try to keep ISO 100. And my bright lens helped me with that most of the times when I had such situation.
