Manufacturer's product description

The LV-7555 provides superior image quality and exceptional versatility. Advantages include precise picture control, advanced connectivity, easy placement and an optional networking capability. The LV-7555 utilizes Canon's exclusive Turbo Bright System to boost brightness from 4, 000 right up to an ultra high 4, 600 ANSI lumens, making it the brightest projector in its class. This ensures complete image clarity even in well-lit environments. True XGA resolution is complemented by an outstanding 900: 1 contrast ratio. Superior quality video projection, with new Progressive Scanning, gives audiences an optimum viewing experience. Progressive Scanning reduces flickering when connected to an interlaced signal, resulting in smoother movement, clear diagonal lines and super-sharp titles. The LV-7555 features Canon's newly developed circuitry to provide precise image control. Color Management allows manual control over specific hues, for fine tuning of any color in a projected image. Auto Picture Control enables automatic adjustment of dark and light images. While Intelligent Digital Sharpness keeps letters and fine lines razor sharp. Optional lenses enable the LV-7555 to be easily customized for a variety of needs - including rear projection in a showroom, small theater use and many other specific applications. Select an ultra-wide angle lens, wide angle zoom lens, long focus zoom lens or the latest ultra long focus zoom lens. The LV-7555 can be easily connected to virtually any multimedia equipment. SCART-standard conformance supports DVD players and many other devices. A DVI-D interface gives a direct digital connection for clearer pictures. The 5BNC terminal ensures extra reliability with long cable connections. Video terminals include S-Video, Composite and Component video. Also an external monitor can be connected via the RGB analog terminal. Connect the LV-7555 to your company network, via the Network Imager and profit from practical management from a remote location. Easy operation through a web browser interface enables you to control settings, timings and projector status - and also allows remote transfer and access of projected content from connected PCs. Other advantages of the LV-7555 include a silent mode (35dB), complete keystone correction for distortion-free images, highly flexible image settings and customized logo placement at the start of each session.

Excellent Printer From Canon
Review of Canon PIXMA iP4600 by  johnny040676

Advantages: Excellent Print Quality, Fast Printing, Reasonable Price
Disadvantages: None

...My printer had been playing up for a couple of months, I normally (99% of the time) only use it for printing in black for invoices, however I do occasionally print something off in colour and sometimes print a photo. It was missing one of the colours out now and again and so I decided it was time for a new one. Why Canon? My old printer was a Canon and although it was playing up it had served me well for about three years of constant use. I also think the design of the Canon printers is very good, I think they are far better to look at than most other makes and this is quite important when you are going to be looking at it everyday, sat on your desk. Another reason is the fact that the ink cartridges are much more affordable than some other makes, I once had a Hewlet Packard printer and required a second mortgage everytime they... Read review

Canon MP 460 printer
Review of Canon Pixma MP460 by  kindlyraccoon

Advantages: cheap
Disadvantages: poor photo prints

...to print over 50 different photos. All of them were left looking like everyone had freckels and skin tones were next to useless. Definatly not ones you want to show anyone. Even when put through a cleaning cycle there was no difference. On the bright side, when you printed text using only black ink it was crisp and very clear right down to no 8 font size. Apart from the nice looking screen area it has nothing to excite me. After using the machine for a week I have took it back to the shop, why, because of the banding, lack of colour depth and a sqeek on the slide rail when the cartridges are going across. So not really impressed with this one. I would stay clear and pay more for a good printer. Canon has failed on this one I think.... Read review

Canon Pixima IP4300
Review of Canon PIXMA iP 4300 by  derek-j-a

Advantages: Easy to set up, good quality picture and text output.
Disadvantages: Could have better written manual

...Around the beginning of April, I switched on my old and trusted Epson 880 and went to print out a page, nothing happened. Nothing that is, except all the lights across the front of the machine flashing on and off. A quick reference to the handbook took me to the page that read, “If all lights are flashing, there is an internal fault. Please contact a qualified Epson engineer”. Well it was getting on for 10 years old and had served me well, so I decided it was time for a new printer. I was fully intending to get another Epson, but the sales assistant in PC World advised me that a the Canon IP4300 was a far better buy, and would be far cheaper to run than any of the Epsons. After he showed me some of the photographic results, I was sold and I got to admit, I am very pleased with my purchase. On getting the printer home, I found it... Read review
