the canonmv700 isn't just easy to use, but practical and compact as well! cheap, reliable and interesting, it's no wonder everyone chooses a canon camcorder!
It's a great colour, it's got everything you need to have on a camcorder and it's totally amazing, if your going for a camcorder, go for the canonMV300!
with it's dv out, night mode, digital still, so you can take ordinary photo's, and all the digital effects, it's so compact that you cannot believe the extras on it!
I saved up for a camcorder for a long time, and i ended up getting one of the best ever! the instruction manual is easy to read and i was set up after about 5 minutes of getting it!
It comes with the dv out plug, a battery pack, an extra battery, a charger and lot of other things, in which i don't know the technical terms for.

This fully featured digital camcorder has to be one of the best bargains around. Boasting a 48x digital zoom and Progressive scan CCD along with Red/Green/Blue primary colour filter this camera outperforms many cameras costing half as much again. Added to that is its impressive list of features such as the digital effects, photo mode and fold out full colour screen. However, the three things that really impressed me with this particular model were: 1. The patented Optical Image stabiliser. This is not a software trick, but a true stabiliser using a gyrosope-type device (I can't be sure of the technical details!). It is very good and helps to produce a watchable picture even when running. 2. The camcorder has a Canon lens. Obvious really, but then it is one of the most important parts of the unit and Canon lenses have always been superior ...

With a super slim and sophisticated design, the MVX10i can easily be operated one-handed. A new ultra small built-in light guide flash makes easy work of flash photography. The well positioned Tape/Card selector knob enables you to switch between movie and still modes easily during shooting. A 2.2 Megapixel CCD produces ultra high-resolution video images with 1.7 effective Megapixel as well as still images recorded at 2.0 effective Megapixel. Zoom is 10x optical/200x digital for movies, 9x optical/36x digital for stills. An RGB primary color filter ensures reds, greens and blues are reproduced faithfully. DIGIC DV ensures the recorded colors of both movies and stills match the colors you see when shooting. With MPEG4 your movies are routed to the SD memory card for easy transfer to your computer. The MPEG4 recording time is only limited by the size of the SD memory card.
