    Canon Pixma ip2600 is a photo printer which is excellent value for money, but does have a small flaws. Setup Inside the box you get the printer and the power cable. You get also the inside the manual to how to use the printer and a disc which installs drivers onto the computer. Inside the printer already is the two cartridges you need, which just need the tape ripped off to make them work. The cable is easy to put in and not that difficult to work out how it all works. The disc they provide loads up not only the drivers needed to print of documents but also adds their very own picture service ... more

    My husband bought me this printer for Christmas because our old one was rather large and took up lots of space. My requirements for a new one was something which was easy to use and compact. I also didn't want something expensive and so when he was looking at different types he opted for this one and informs me it cost him £35 and that included the cartridges too. This printer is compact, it folds up too so you can make it even smaller when you aren't using it- the paper trays fold down.     Lately, my friend bought Canon PIXMA iP2600 for his business purpose. His business is Managed Service for Telecommunication Industry, so he has to buy printer which can produce good photo printing quality but still can use for document printing also. Because he and his subordinates don't have ability to install and set the printer for their purpose, I helped him to install and set the printer for the first time.     Like all canons, this printer has very good print quality. The speed was not too bad either and was very easy to use. However, it does work out quite expensive on the ink, even after buying from the cheapest I could find on the net, www.cartridgecapital.com Canon has always been a reliable make for me, and this was no exception, it has lasted me quite some time now too. It is a small printer so it is good if you are short of space. Manufacturer support is not too bad either. Have always been quite helpful.
