One year on and all is working well. This printer, although not top-of-the-range, has never let me down.

The build quality is decent for the price and the 'fiddly' bits aren't too fiddly. The pop-up screen is a bit gimmicky ... ...tel me that the thing is turned on. I COULD have it's uses but only if you work from the printer. I work of the computer to view my photo graphs - why would I want to view them on a 2 inch screen instead of a 20 inch one?

I have been using this model for a number of months now and I can say without a doubt - this is one damn fine printer/scanner. The results are overwelmingly superior to Lexmark I was using with one colour cartridge. I rate this model 110%25

When it comes to buying technology, I know absolutely nothing, so I tend to take advice. The usual advice is: buy the best you can afford. In this case the cost was only an issue in the value-for-money sense, not in the there-is-a-top-limit sense. ... more

Came well packed, no clutter and was easy to unpack. I got the whole printer connected up and ready to install in about 10 minutes. All the parts were very easy to install, and the manual was good as it was just easy to more
If you do alot of faxing and then this could be a handy product. Unfortunately I dont. I bought this model to upgrade from my Pixma MP180. In reality, the only main difference between the 2 was the faxing. Print quality is very good, speed of print is... more
From a client I have installed this printer Canon from the photographic pretensions (both on the wrapping and on the manual it is pointed out more times this ownership of the object).
The client had demands of color copy and white and black without more
