Picture Quality on the A590 is relatively good, outdoor pictures have great detail and almost no noise but the camera, instead of changing shutter speeds adjusts the ISO, this gives non blurry images but noise can be a bit of a downer, to keep noise out its best to use the flash, this works well and gives nice coverage of the space its 4X optical zoom works as you would expect, like a camera and the optical stabilization is a nice touch, it handles speed well but lacks a good multi shot setting,
It has a range of features which you would expect from any of the higher prices point and shoot cameras including many simple settings, the software backs up the hardware very well and makes the features quite pleasant to use. the quality of the features is average and manual features do exist but aren't as good as other point and shoots ...
