    Advantages Advantages Fairly good results every time, help button is a bonus!

    I have started in recent months to take an interest in photography and in looking for a decent camera that could take acceptable pictures whilst not being too heavy and bulky and at a price that I could afford, I stumbled across this nifty little camera. Though receiving, for the most part, fairly mixed reviews, I have actually found this to be a fairly good camera for someone who is not quite a total novice but still a bit of a budding beginner when it comes to the field of photography.     Advantages Advantages Stylish, compact and lightweight, photography made simple.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Doesn't have a vast array of options and settings to fiddle with.

    Digital cameras don't last forever. Having previously owned Canon digital cameras in the past I decided to stick with the brand as I trust their quality, both in the product itself and the resulting imagery. The Canon Powershot A3000 IS seemed to fit the bill perfectly with its large 2.7" screen and sleek and stylish design. I find that a lot of Canon cameras are outstanding in the looks department, I have also learnt they are great at taking pictures with too! The canon Powershot A3000 IS is available for around the £100-£120 mark generally online, but Argos currently have it for sale at £57 ... more
