Easy to use camera. With its 4x optical zoom you can take pictures with remarkable quality. I once took a picture of a sunflower which filled the whole photo from only about 10cm away. The only disadvantage I found is the life-time of the batteries. But as this is a weak point with every camera, it can be overlooked. The camera uses SD memory cards, which are quite often seen nowadays and therefore can be purchased quite cheaply. The camera comes with a CD containing different (trial) software for editing and printing your photos. I personally use Picasa, which works perfectly well together with this camera. On the overall, I'd say it is a product worth considering especially as Canon has a lot of experience in the photographic sector.
