Hi to all of you out there!!!

This camera is very robust and the CF-cards are also very durable - unlike the smart media cards.
It can be manually adjusted (shutter speed, white balance). It is also possible to take pictures at night!

The camera has five settings to take pictures. Small 640x480 pixels ( normal 106 images with jpg compression of fine 61 images with jpg compression); large 1280x960 pixels ( normal 43 images with jpg compression or fine 23 images with jpg compression).

I have sent pictures via the internet and jpg to friends and family. To send the images I used jpg compression/1280x960 setting. Apparently it was no problem to download it quite quickly, but that would also depend on your computer I suppose.

The flashcard that comes with the camera is not that great and I could only take two pictures!!! The card only has 8meg ,but you can get ones that have 48meg.
For the best picture quality use the CCD RAW (1280x960 pixels ) with no compression and the said 48meg flashcard.
The zoom is really good. Are you ready for some technical details?!
Well, it can be set from a wide angle, 4.3 mm ( 35 mm film equivalent: 28 mm ), to telephoto, 10.8 mm ( 35 mm film equivalent: 70mm ).
It can be connected to a TV or VCR. It's possible to see a slide show of all the piccies you have taken, get rid of the ones you don't want and edit the pictures right on the camera.

This camera is small, looks good and can perform pretty much everything you need, so you should go and get it a.s.a.p.!!!! It is the newest mid-range Canon digital camera.
