MID RANGE CAMERA, THAT HAS GOOD FEATURES FOR A FAIR PRICE. WHEN PURCHASED PARTS FROM THE BOX MISSING WHEN OPENED, AND TOOK CANON UK 3 MONTHS TO SHIP THE PARTS, AFTER CLAIMING THAT THE PART ( A BATERY COVER DID NOT EXIST).

CONTROLS SIMPLE TO USE, THOUGH BATTERY COVER AND CF COVER NOT WELL BUILT AND WILL FAIL WITH REGUALR USE.

GOOD DESIGN THAT HAS NOT DATED, THOUGH NOT TO THE STANDARD OF THE IXUS OR OLYMPUS MJU, WHICH ARE DATELESS.

OVERALL, A GOOD CAMERA THAT HAS TAKEN SOME GREAT SHOTS BUT HAS NOW BROKEN AFTER LESS THAN 1,000 SHOTS. THE BACKUP SERVICE OFFERED BY CANON FARCICAL AND AFTER HAVING SEVERAL CANON PRODUCTS WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN, THIS COMPARES DRAMITICALLY WITH OLYMPUS WHO HAVE PROVIDED SUPERB SERVICE.
