Canons range of cameras is very impressive. Everyone can be accommodated for, there really is something for everyone.
Camera Itself
First off, the camera. The sensor on this model has a larger pixel count than many of its rivals and cheaper models in the range. The 15.1 megapixels on offer is more than enough for the market it is aimed at, these images will easily be blown up above A3 and still retain most of the detail. The new addition to this camera that sets it apart from the older models is the Full 1080p movies. Many photographers don?t like this new mode but if you don?t, then simply don?t use it. This printer comes inside a box which is heavily packaged and first off all you get the power cable. The cable is wrapped with this tie back but the problem is that when you unwind the cable you notice how it wants to try and curl back up again so you do need to try and straighten it out as soon as you can.
You receive the disc which has the drivers on which you need to install on the computer otherwise you have no way of printing items off without it.
There is nothing else inside the box besides the cartridges which are easy to insert and use. The disc is good because it is so simple to install the items onto the computer and this takes about a minute to do.
You do not get a connection to the computer though so you do need to purchase one yourself and many websites ...
Advantages: Typically good Canon images. Disadvantages: Poor flash and feels a bit flimsy.

Of all of these things the only one that can't be rectified is the flimsy issue because you can of course buy any lens you choose and also change the flash to a flash unit but the problem with that is then you are spending big and the whole point of a entry level DSLR is to cut cost, if you want to spend big just buy a higher spec unit in the first place.

With a motorized Canon 1.7x wide-angle zoom lens, large images can be projected from a short throwing distance, giving flexibility in projector placement. The lens is powered so that it can be operated from the control panel and remote control handset. The lens coating prevents ghosting and flare. The XEED SX6 can be set up with minimal effort. With Auto Focus the projector detects its distance from the screen and focuses accordingly. Auto Screen Color Correction adjusts settings for optimized viewing on different screen colors. Vertical Keystone Correction is set automatically, preventing trapezium distortion of the image. The SX6 will also automatically detect which input port is in use. The SXGA+ resolution also ensures faithful reproduction of High Definition sources (720p/1080i). The DVI port (Digital Visual Interface) provides the best possible image quality from digital sources, including HD images. The SX6 supports the HDCP standard, allowing high quality playback of encrypted digital content. An optional Network Adapter enables control of the projector via an Ethernet network. The XEED SX6 supports both the Adobe RGB and sRGB color space, for accurate color reproduction from compliant image sources.
