It has very good quality output and looks built to last.
There is colour scan and fax, but printing and photocopies are mono (black and white) because it only has a monochrome toner - so no surprises there. It has automatic duplex (both sides) printing.
print speed is fast.
cartridges are £60 for original ones and you may buy remanufactured ones at less than half price.

negatives for me are that the person this was bought for has fail eyesight and the lcd display is small and detailed for them. There is no handset built in for the fax/phone and I feel a bit annoyed that the extra purchase option was not specified clearly. I have looked but cannot clearly see it being sold anywhere ?
Overall I am very pleased with the product quality and performance for the price.
