** BRIEF PLOT **
When Daniel LaRusso, (played by Ralph Macchio) and his mother Lucille, (played by Randee Heller) move into a new apartment in a small neighbourhood things seem to be going well, until Daniel starts at the local school.
When Daniel becomes friends with Ali Mills, (played by Elisabeth Shue) he soon realises that her ex-boyfriend, Johnny Lawrence, (played by William Zabka) and his little gang of Karate members are going to be trouble ...

Some sequels probably should never be made and unfortunately Karate Kid 2 is probably one of those films. Karate Kid 1 is one of my favourite 80?s movies, classic scenes (wax on, wax off ? the end fight scene) but in my opinion the magic cannot be captured again and consequently the film falls flat because of that and becomes something that we?ve seen once and don?t really need to see again in a remake. However, according to an article I read, like the original film, the sequel was also a success and earned even more at the box-office than its predecessor and considered by many fans to be the best in the series. Well, not by me but oh well.

This story is about a family that moves from New Jersey to South California, and Daniel has no friends.
He is leaving all his friends behind in New Jersey. The reason for this move is that Daniel's mother has been offered a new job, which means she has to take Daniel with her.
The rent a little flat from a man called Mr Miyagi who Daniel thinks is the handyman and he doesn't no he can do Karate.
Daniel decides to go and check out, he is asked to go to a beech party so he decides to go. Over the last few days he had notice a girl, not realising that she has a boyfriend he tries to get to no her.
