Cape town has alot to offer, you can spend hours winding through streets looking at the wooden sculptures and masks for sale, check out some of the rocks and minerals for sale, and dont be afraid to haggle!!- little tip, dont be pushed over by the more aggressive sale pitches, and watch your wallet.
The scenery is amazing, fill your bum bag up with film because you will use it, dont just take pictures of hills and animals, take pics of real african life these can make interesting pics as well.
The first thing that struck me about cape town is how on one side of the road is shanty town and the other side middle class housing, plenty of scenery and culture to soak up. enjoy!!

Umm, Malaria is unknown in the Cape and you will get worms anywhere if you eat dead birds, rats and rotting cabbages. You have to go to Zim to really start worrying about that.
