I may be diverting off of the subject a little here, although I hope I am not!
I thought I would write about Capital One as a company and the benefits I have found from being with them.
Firtsly I would like to say well done! I mean being stuck in a queue for hours on end talking to a person who speaks with the same dull tone and repeats herself continuously is not my cup of tea and sadly you get that now-a-days. We are living the automated era, where people cannot be bothered to speak to people. Instead we talk to machines who have been programmed for our satisfaction... hmm I think not.
Well I have found myself to anger slightly when I am instantly put through to an automated machine where you press (usually) 0 or 9 to speak to an opertaor, which then takes anything from 1 minute to 20 minutes, yes I have even waited this long!
However after becomming downhearted by many companies having travelled the endless rollercoaster of technology I came accross Capital One whom accepted me and took me under their wing enabling my credit score to soar higher than expected and giving me peace of mind.
Capital One are a wonderful company. Everytime I telephone I get to speak to a well spoken friendly person who has more than 2 seconds to help you. They are proactive and assist you in every way possible. Whenever I have asked for anything to be done it is instantaneous.
Once I wrote to them asking them to update my Experian credit report as well as 5 other credit card companies (I have many cards - spend too much :-)) they were the only ompany that came back to me within one week stating that they had contacted Experian and completed what I had asked them to do. I was amazed! Out of the other credit card companies only one more wrote back stating that it was upto me to sort out my credit repot, and not upto them, however I believe Experian feels otherwise!
Finally I will say Capital One offers excellent rates, interestfree stuff etc. But do not be fooled by rates and interest what you need is a cheery voice on the end of the phone so that you know that when you do have a problem they are always there to help. Capital One is exactly 100% perfect.

I can't believe you have 6 credit cards! I have 2 but I haven't bothered picking up my HSBC one from the branch so I don't have it. I haven't used my Marbles for ages. Not since I managed to pay all my debt from uni off!
