I hand picked this credit card after reviewing over 10 different products throughout various companies. I carefully reviewed all of Capital One's customer aggreements, privacy statements, disclosure info., and all other card information. When I received my first bill, I saw that I was slapped with a $60(US) membership fee. No where did I can anything about the membership fee in any documents that I researched or received from Capital One. In fact, my application lists the following: "Annual Membership Fee: none." I recommend that Capital One should quit deceiving their customers or they may be facing legal trouble from other customers in the future. Make sure to read all the aggreements, which I did, and call them and ask them personally if their is any fine print in regards to the product. I am cancelling my card ASAP.

Capital advertise a range of cards and this is their lowest. I haven't had it long enough to know how good it wil be but ...

'Aha!' I hear you cry. 'There are other companies that provide credit cards for people with difficult credit histories, so what makes CapitalOne so special?'
