This company is just dire their offices are the pits, the staff are quite helpful that is untill you have signed your contract then they dont want to knoe, make sure you leave with all the relevant documents, we left with no log book (V5) couldnt tax our car for nearly 7 weeks - would not recomend this company to anyone- phonecalls galore before hand- after vehicle was purchased trying to speak to someone was a nightmare.
You are rushed quite alot to choose a vehicle, so many times we were told we will be 2 minutes 30 minutes later someone came back.
i would not recomend this place to anyone unless they are desperate - we tried to pull out of the contract as not happy but you are not given any option to do so!!!
Read your review with interest and couldn't agree more. Had exactly the same experience, but we did pull out of the contract even though we were told we couldn't. We just informed them of our rights. They made it clear they didn't like it and were very abusive. We asked them to send our log book back for the car we were part xing, they said they had posted it but it never arrived! The are a disgusting company without a doubt.
You should read the credit agreement carefully, especially the section "Your right to cancel". You still may be able to get out of it, if you've only had the car a few days,

Sounds familiar, I had a very bad experience at the hands of this company as per review! This is a company to be avoided at all costs! - Simon
