Advantages Purchased a very low mileage car for a reasonable price including part exchange.
Disadvantages You are treated as if you were on a conveyor belt.

Car Giant - Very Poor... |

We bought a car from Car Giant in August 07. Although slightly more than we wanted to shell out, the car was a fantastic bargain. They also offered us a reasonable price on our old car.
Salesmen didn't appear keen on selling us the car and chose to base themselves behind a desk.The hassle came when we had committed to buying the car. On what appeared to be an average weekday afternoon for them, we waited a stressful 4 hours to buy the car. We continuously chased staff up who didn't seem to care less. We got a small apology "for the delay" once at the final desk on the 'conveyor belt' type process out of the sales room. I left with a vow never to return again!

My gf bought a car from them a few years back. We forced them to give us a good price on her old car which kinda balanced out the high price on the new one. Then they spent an hour trying to sell us some crap insurance. Bad service all round really!
