Hello Today I am going to explain my dealing with Car Giant
I purchased two cars with car giant and was very unhappy with the purchase
I first brought a Mercedes A class three months after I purchased this car I had problems with the engine , I took it back to Car giant and they refused to give me my money back or to rectify the problem. To get rid of the car I purchased a more expensive car.
They then arranged the loan with a black horse company and made me sign all sorts of documents. Few years later I found out that the company they took the loan out for me was not black horse and the agreement I signed was a unlawfull agreement and they charged me alot of fess and interest.
Be aare of this company , you might think it good to buy the car there and then but they trick you with insurances (gap) that does not cover your car at all , they sell you a faulty car and you wont get a refund . They arrange a loan for you that has thousand of hidden charges.
My suggestion is if you brought a car from this comany and arranged a loan ask for the credit agreement straight away you will see what I mean.
Many of my friend also lost money due to this car company . Just be aware

(+) loads of cars, great choice, friendly helpful staff no pressure, fantastic prices. (-) can get very busy on the weekend, we had to wait to be served, best to get there early.
a bit more info about the transactions and the resulting fallout would be very helpful. as it is you only put your (justified by the sound of it) greivances to air.

Why did you buy 2 cars from them then? I appriciate the warning, but what did you do about it - did you take them to the small claims court, report them to trading standards ect? If you really have been treated like this (and I've no reason to think you haven't) report then to the FSA and other authroties and get their consumer credit licence revoked. See how long they stay in business then!
Advantages: Purchased a very low mileage car for a reasonable price including part exchange. Disadvantages: You are treated as if you were on a conveyor belt.
