The Car Import Guide is a must if your planning on buying a brand new car. Its Published every two months and updated with the latest news on price cuts within the UK, new cars and the different methods of importing a car.

The magazine costs £3.50 and I think this is a small price to pay considering it could help you save thousands of pounds. There is also a 'bargins from Europe' section which gives a brief summary of the car & compares the best quote that they've been given from Europe against the rrp in the UK.

I was suprised to find that there are considerable savings to be made even on small cars. An example being a 29% saving on a Fiat Punto compared to the UK price.

Not only does the magazine show you the best prices but it also gives you step by step advice on all the different methods of buying a car, from car supermarkets in the UK to online importing agencies. They sum up in simple english what the pros & cons are of each method to help you decide which is more convenient for you. Theres also a directory of contact addresses and phone numbers in the back of the magazine to get you started.

The adverts are minimal and are only related to car buying or insurance, which is actually quite helpful. I would recommend the car import guide to anyone who is considering buying a brand new car. Its available from some newsagents but W H Smiths seem to be the most reliable source.

British Is Bestest!
Review of Rover 25 1.6 by  blackswann

Advantages: Sporty but firm handling with excellent acceleration.
Disadvantages: Fuel consumption, the Rover image, read below…

...built into the front bumper with a third high visibility brake light in the back window. Unfortunately, in comparison to other cars in its class, the shape is quite plain with no frills or excess badges, just a simple, small British flag and a “Rover 25” badge on the back – strangely enough the car is classed as a super mini… strange for the size?!?! RUNNING COSTS The important bit! According to Parker Price Guide 2003 the Rover 25 is insurance group 7, which, in insurance terms, is quite reasonable. The fuel tank holds roughly 47 litres / 38kgs (just over 10.35 gallons) of petrol and takes roughly £37 to fill from empty (at 75.9 pence per litre). Due to new road tax rules and the emission dependent tax scheme, the car costs £125 a year due to the low CO2 emissions as opposed to the usual £165 for older cars. According to official... ...the rain is good for the stability on the water , never go out from the route if the velocity is normal. The style is only italian, piemontese' s styile, and this car have all the systems of security: from the airbags ( 6 airbags)to the ABS with Ebd. The radio is comprises in the price and the satellitar's navigator, too. You can look this car in the Fiat' s concessionaries and you can prove this car for to see all the carattheristics that i have exposed in my review . Nobody noises there are in the drive of this car because the motor is very very silenciouse and give a sensation of power but without other strange noises ;one other important sensation is the free guide , with softly.: very soft.It is very sample for the persons that starts to drive .
