Tesco's Valueless Insurance

Tesco claim to be the cheapest and the best. My experience is quite the contrary. As a 25 year old driving a high powered car, my policy with them cost in excess of £2,500 so for that I expected service. On having a taxi drive into the back of my car, with the driver fleeing the scene without exchanging details I would have expected Tesco to support me against this imbecile. Instead, they failed to contact witnesses, including the police, and accepted ...

The other major problem with Tesco is that they are impossible to get hold of. Disadvantages: send cheques that cannot be cashed and will not remove old cars risking injury to pensioners

When in a non fault situation i.e. the accident is not caused by you do not let go of the hire car until the last penny of the settlement figure has cleared into your bank account otherwise you may never get what is owed to.you..and yes I am taking them to court... Cheap! Watch the hidden costs

Advantages: Cheap and nasty!
Disadvantages: Just like the banks they charge you! so watch out for these hidden costs

...get a sub standard policy because its cheap..and you pay for changes. Well its time to look around and cancel my policy with CIS..I know I will lose more money by cancelling my policy but I really cannot be bothered with CIS charging me each time. Never again with CIS! ...
