Simon Says: Great Deal Advantages: Great sound of a PURE BASE - long lasting Disadvantages: Maybe can take some space but it's worth it. All I can say great sound. I have been attending a Car audio Competition in Los Angeles, and guess what. This subwoofer was there wining 6 stars out of 10 and I liked it very much. It has a pure base sound and it is made frim a good quality materials, the pad around the center of the woofer is not going to wear out soon so, it's time for you to buy this bud guy - it will leave the best memories. Mostly this Subwoofer is made for a medium sized ... ...ground shake in within of 10m (if you put it on the ground) Make a Bass test on it and you will be satisfied. my Fli Trap 12 Active review Advantages: cheap , compact , powerfull Disadvantages: bit heavy if you need to move it about Well im really happy with this , i bought it to compliment my new in car dvd/stereo , ive just had it fitted and im over the moon with it. Ive had big installs in my boot before with loads of amps any many subs and other speakers but with this you get everything you need at a fraction of the price and it sounds just as good! i had mine fitted by a professional but looks simple enough to do yourself (id just rather pay someone incase i dont do it ... ...it would be like as ive had a 10" active sub before and wasnt really powerful enough for my liking , but this is a 12" active so comes with its own built in amp and really packs a punch. you get a few knobs to fiddle with on the back too like gain, frequancy and boost which i had great fun with trying to get just the right sound i like. Pure Bass. Buy it, play it, love it. Advantages: Pure Bass, Great look, easy to install, great price. Disadvantages: Might take some space, need a good amplifier This speaker got 5th place on the Los Angeles Car Sound System Festival and was voted as the best buy deal in 2008. I was impressed by the performance of the bass test, the only way I can call that is "Pure bass". 800Watt is more than enough, the quality stays unbeaten. Satisfaction guaranteed. Get the most from your Car Sound System Advantages: Great accustics for useing in the car Disadvantages: Base and treble are in the same speaker and the base itself is poor without an equalizer If you think to replace your old car speakers on something newer, then these are the right ones. Why? 1. Base and Pitch speakers 2 in one. 2. 130Watt is just enough for you as long as you sit less than a meter from them, your feet will be shaking. 3. Quality of the Treble and High sounds is hard to call "bad" 4. Although you could buy some additional Subwoofer for the maximum satisfaction, but as for the good base sound 0 this is just enough. ... ...car - it would be better to buy 2 pairs and put 1 pair in frond and one at the back, also it will be great to buy an 2 way (4 speaker + 1 Subwoofer) equalizer and cud down the high sounds on the back speakers. 100% satisfaction. ... VDO HSP 6931 speakers Advantages: phat bass! Disadvantages: speakers are quite deep, so be sure to check your install depth available ...along with a set of VDO 6" splits. I've tried numerous big name brands of speakers (Sony, Pioneer, Kenwoord, JVC), and these VDOs out-do all of them! The speakers provide it all, very clear treble and mid range sound, bit more importantly they have fantastic base. I found that with a full set of VDO speakers (6x9's in the rear plus the 6" splits in the front) running through a 4 channel amp I did not even need a sub. Just be sure to get the HSP range ... ...out her Hyundai Tiburon with VDO speakers. Only word of caution is that these badboys have a massive magnet on the back of them, so size-wise they are quite deep. Be sure to check the installation depth available as they require more depth space then your average speaker. The VDO brand is not as well regarded as others, but I can not speak highly enough of these speakers. Give a set a go and you will not be disappointed! ...
