you can get some better one for the same money

Advantages: performance, display
Disadvantages: price, FM transmitter isn't working as expected

I used this GPS on a trip from Romania to Germany and on the way back so I could built up an opinion about it: Advantages (+): - big screen, proper for watching clips or even movies - maps are stocked in it's internal memory but he also had a 2Gb card that you can use for music, videos or other stuff... - I tried the bluetooth with Nokia 6230i and N73, absolutely no problem. (Bluetooth works with navigation turned on) - comes with IGO 2008 3D ...
...speed limitations, some radars, shows altitude, speed etc Disadvantages (-) - biggest disappointment was the FM transmitter which won't work if the navigation is turned on.....so you cannot listen to the music on the card and use the navigation in the same time - low quality sound, it has a sort of noise (tried on a few cars) - producer support could be better ...

Mio Moov Spirit 300 Traffic

Advantages: Generally everything
Disadvantages: High priced updates £79 which is a lot for an occasional user

...this week (£60 at Morrisons),the mio moov m300. Running through the menus is very easy and so is planning or searching for your route. This model has lane guidance which can be useful at motorway intersections and complex junctions in the city. The voice instructions are nice and clear and the volume is excellent and I also like the night and day screen settings. I tried it out in my home city and asked it to take me to a fairly difficult destination ...
...that was planned by the mio and it recalculated to my new route almost instantly. This model has navpix, this allows you to enter a destination via a geo tagged photo but in my opinion I cannot see much point in it. I would have rated this sat nav as excellent but unfortunately the price wanted for map and speed camera updates are ridiculous it would be cheaper to buy a new sat nav each year,so I can only rate it as good for the money. ...

Low Bridge, no problem, this is the best truck sat nav

Advantages: Clear instructions, many extra features, avoids all trucking hazards.
Disadvantages: Almost too large, expensive to purchase

The Snooper Sirius S7000 Truckmate is the same as the normal Snooper Sirius S7000, but it has been loaded with a special truck version of the sat-nav software which is made by a company called Truckmate, so it is a sort of colaberation between the two companies.
