Review of Skoda Owners Club of Great Britain by daverapid

Advantages: LOTS...see www.skoda-owners-club.org.uk
Disadvantages: none

The author of the negative comments obviously has no hard feelings about being booted out of his position as Chairman of the Club on November 5th 2005! I'm unsure about the Owners' Club forum he refers to as there isn't one! A lot of members do use www.skoda-forum.com which is not run by the Club at all. I do too! The 46 year old Club is thriving, and the Website and quarterly colour magazine are causing no problems. I've been a member for many ... Read review

Review of Landrover Series Three Owners' Club by runetune

Advantages: Great club benefits.
Disadvantages: None

I love my 4x4! Land Rovers, a vehicle synonymous with the English Countryside even today, and one I just love! I've lost count of the number of miles we've driven in our family Land Rover over the years. Here is a potted history of the company Rover, and how the Land Rover ...

These were the forerunner to the modern pedal bicycle, and even today in Poland, the word Rover still means Bike! · 1888 - Starley attempts to make an electric carriage, their first 'car' using a tricycle as its base. It didn't go beyond its prototype stage. This then lead up to ... Read review

Review of Mitsubishi Motor Owners' Club by toddle50

Advantages: Free or subsidised entrance to many sponsored events
Disadvantages: Pay to join £17 50

...It is definately from the Mitsubishi manufacturers corperate stable. Although it reqires a payment of £17.50 to join, the benefits and freebies are there to recover your initial costs. A calender is present for Mitsubishi sponsored events of which you can get free tickets. My only disapointment was in using the car search it did not come up with what I was looking for,But I guess thats because I'm looking for older models and the data base seems ... Read review
