The author of the negative comments obviously has no hard feelings about being booted out of his position as Chairman of the Club on November 5th 2005! I'm unsure about the Owners' Club forum he refers to as there isn't one! A lot of members do use www.skoda-forum.com which is not run by the Club at all. I do too! ...is currently in the local toyota dealership having the flywheel replaced after breaking down and having to be recovered, apparently at a cost of over £1,600.In just over two years including tyres and service costs etc., this comes to a total of over £3,000 which I consider to be exorbitant. ...It is definately from the Mitsubishi manufacturers corperate stable. Although it reqires a payment of £17.50 to join,the benefits and freebies are there to recover your initial costs. A calender is present for Mitsubishi sponsored events of which you can get free tickets.
