Car Plan Complete Valet Pack

This useful kit contains just about everything you need to valet your car, both on the inside and the outside. It’s a great item to give someone as a gift but I got mine in a clearance sale at Argos. It was originally selling for £13.99 and was reduced to £7.99. The pack contains four 200ml full sized tins of cleaning solutions for the car (or the bike, if you prefer) and is actually a neat little pack of really useful items. Car Plan is a relatively good name in car leaning accessories and one I have used before. All the products are good quality and give good results, though nothing in the pack is truly outstanding. ---What Exactly is in the Pack and How do They Work---

All four tins are housed in a strong cardboard container and look well presented. Firstly, there is the Car Plan ‘Flash Dance’ Dashboard Screen Cleaner. This is a 400ml sized aerosol spray, which is designed for the dashboard area of the car. It’s simple and easy to use and suitable for most dashboards. It sprays well out of the can into a fine mist. Let it settle for a few seconds and gently wipe over with a clean dry cloth. The smell alone is impressive and put me in mind of that great ‘new car’ smell we all love. It gives impressive results and I use mine all over the dashboard, the gear sick, the inside and outside of the glove compartment. It works well at removing children’s sticky finger marks and brings out a great shine to the surfaces.

Second in the box is the 200ml tin of aerosol screen cleaner – Max Vision. I only use this inside of the car and use it to clean the inside of all the windows right inside the car, including the back. It leaves a no streak finish and gives a great shine to the glass – beware though, use a lint free cloth for the best results. Again, it’s a great product for removing sticky finger marks. Driving at night with road glare from oncoming headlights really makes me see that this product has worked well as I am unable to see even one streak on the windscreen. This is pretty impressive stuff and probably my favourite out of the whole box.

Thirdly, the box contains a reasonably good 200ml sized tin of Triple Wax Car Shampoo. This simply does what it says on the tin. It gives a great newly washed and waxed finish to the exterior of the car and it’s simple and easy to use.

Finally, but not least, is the Car Plan original Black. I already had a tin of this before I bought this pack and have used it quite a lot. Simply put, it’s a 200ml tin of bumper and trim shine. It’s used to restore PVC trims on tyre walls, plastic bumpers, spoiler kits and side mirrors. Again, it does a great job and overall the kit is fairly good, especially for the low price I paid for it.

CarPlan Original Black Trim and Bumper shine is so easy to use. Once applied, the new look shine is restored to PVC trim, plastic bumpers, tyre walls, side mirrors and spoiler kits.
