Maxi Cosi cabrio car seat
Review of Maxi-Cosi Cabrio Car Seat by dibber_daimes

Advantages: Stylish, simple to use and slim design so light weight
Disadvantages: none

This is a fantastic car seat for up to a year old baby. It is very user friendly with easy instructions if you can't work out certain things. It is a slim design so it is quite light and easy to carry, the seat belt is a stylish and simple design where you have to interlock the arm straps then fasten between the legs. The handle can be placed in three positions: 1. behind the seat on the floor to stop seat rocking 2. behind the baby's head so it ...
...to carry it. The seat also comes standard with a fabric cover which attaches to the handle to protect the baby from bright sunlight, and when not in use sits snuggly back in its pouch. Personally we have it up all the time as its always to bright for the baby. Other accessories that come with it are padding for a new born baby which is used till about 3-4 months then it can easily taken out and stored for the next baby. There is a fantastic little ... All you will need from birth to four years!
Review of Britax First Class by superchickadee

Advantages: Sturdy, safe feeling and comortable.
Disadvantages: None that I have encountered.

I wish I'd had it from birth - this is a lovely car seat, comfy, sturdy and fits in my car! I really like the feel of the material, it's very easy to get baby in and out and it will last for a few years at least. I has a soft, padded insert for newborns, the shoulder pads are not too stiff, it's easy to adjust the straps and my baby seems really comfy in it . It is rear facing for up to nine months and then goes forward facing after that. Good ... Read review

Great car seat with many easy to use features
Review of Maxi Cosi Priori Xp by vickigroth

Advantages: removable cover, easy adjustable straps, easy to use/remove
Disadvantages: Cover fiddly to remove

Bought in Summer 2005 for £120 at a local baby shop (although available in John Lewis, Mother care and many other stores). I bought this car seat for my son after much research. Advantages; 1) Removerable washable cover (although it says handwash only on mine I wash it on a gentle setting in my machine), 2) clips to hold back the straps which saves time searching for the clips! 3) Multi position recline 4) Easy to adjust straps (height and tightness) ...
...Disadvantages: 1) Cover is a bit fiddly to remove (I've only done it once so not a major issue) Suitable from 20lbs for confident "sitters". I would advise anyone contemplating purchasing a car seat to get it fitted in your car(s). Not only to check that you know how to fit it safely but also to check that it is suitable for your car. Not all car seats fit all cars. ... Read review

Best seat found!
Review of Britax Evolva 123 Ultra by kimberley1986

Advantages: deep impact protection, padded, comfortable
Disadvantages: none

...seat, I came accross this Britax Evolva. It stood out alot more better than other Car Seat's I found on the Internet. The seat is for ages 9 Month's to 11 Years old. The brilliant thing about this Seat is the Safety Strap which show's if the restraint's have been pulled tight enough to securly hold your child in. The HEadrest moves up for when the child grow's and the restraint's can be removed once grown out of them and the backrest can be removed ...
...car. Underneath the booster seat is a moveable (either forward or backwards) reclining piece. This can only be set up when the carseat is not in place and secured first. I have previously used Britax Car Seat's so I already knew that the brand is very reliable. ... Read review

cabriofix
Review of Maxi Cosi Cabriofix by YORKSTER22

Advantages: compact, simple design, no unneeded extras
Disadvantages: Maybe price but Im sure its worth the extra, size maybe an issue for some

We own this seat and find it ideal for our son. Its small and compact for easy portability and placing into the car. the straps are easy to use and very high quality. The newborn insert held him nice and firmly when he was tiny, then you remove the wedge under his bum to allow him more space before removing the head part of the insert when he grows a little more. He seems to like the chair as he always sleeps while in it. We chose this chair due ...
...seem to be much large with more complicated sun shade arrangements. Often less is more. The whole quality of the chair seems to me top notch and I'm sure it is a safe away as possible to transport little people! For extra safety and convenience we bought the isofix base too, This clicks into the rear of our Freelander 2 very nicely. Placing and locking the seat onto the base couldnt be easier and once placed the whole set up is very sturdy. Basically ... Read review
