Disadvantages: Price is always a disadvantage, but not too expensive in this case.

Review of Continental ContiPremiumContact Tire

A reliable performance tyre

Advantages: Competitive pricing; good wear rate
Disadvantages: None that I've found

I replaced the original manufacturer fit Bridgestones (Potenza RE040), which I felt were poor, with these Continentals. The car to which they are fitted is an Audi A4 Avant (1.9 DTI 130) and they are the standard 205/55 R 16 W size for that model, on the standard Audi 16" alloys. Performance or endurance tyres

Advantages: Hard wearing and good value
Disadvantages: Not very good in wet.

SHOCKING SERVICE!

Advantages: Cheap
Disadvantages: Reliability of service

Toyo Proxes T1-R - You get what you pay for :)

Advantages: V shaped tread means excellent road handling in the wet. Good grip, well made tyres
Disadvantages: pricey
