it may be too bright. In these cases I use to brush to gently apply some foundation powder and blend it in with the blusher on my face. It's great at blending the two together and as it's small you can be sure not to just wipe the blusher straight off.
I always wash my brush using warm soapy water. After time the brush does become more fluffier compared to the slim like appearance it starts off as, but it's still very effective when applying any make-up.
It is rather expensive at £15 but it is a very good quality brush, brushes from the likes of MAC can be around £20. That being said I did get mine 'free' so I don't think I would have bought it otherwise, but it does the job perfectly and it's one for the make-up bag if you're looking to invest in a decent blusher brush! ...

?. So, after taking this advise after cleansing my skin and making sure all of my make-up was off, I used the brush with a little water o exfoliate my skin.
I don?t have a facial wash to use on my skin, however that would be a good thing to use with the brush for an extra effect!
I was very pleased with the softness of the brush on my skin-my Body Brush can be quite coarse on my body skin, but this is gentle. Immediately my skin did feel more radiant and alive! My skin also felt soft and smooth. I noticed that my dry skin areas were much smoother too.
The only disadvantage of this little item is that I find it hard to keep the brush clean after putting the cap on it after use. After a while I had to take the cap off to let the brush breathe-the brush started to small a bit!

with the mineralise blushes from Mac, then I would also recommend this brush be used to apply them. By swirling the brush lightly in the blush it seems to pick up the perfect amount, which can then be blended into the cheeks. Sometimes I find the mineralise blushes can look really shiny and obvious on the face which is avoided when using this brush. Although the mineralise blushes are supposed to leave the shimmery finish anyway, I find it is much more natural and subtle when blended properly.
As you can see from the picture, the brush has a white tip on the bristles. This means that the ends get coloured really easily with foundation and blush, so the brush needs to be cleaned regularly. I use the mac brush cleanser. Once washed the brush needs to be dried flat. It retains its shape really well and I have yet to have it shed any bristles which is great ...
