Carlos Franco is the enigmatic Paraguayan whowas rookie of the year last year ont otur. he also starred in the Alfred Dunhill cup last year shooting the lowest combined total for his rounds. He had 3 victories in tour last year and ahs added one to that tally this year. He is a charismatic respected player on tour who is literally one of the most laid back players in the world. he rarely pratices and the sum of his warm up for a compettive round is a couple of pratice putts.
