This is one of Mattel's motorised Shake and Go toys from the Pixar CGI film "Cars" which are released under the Fisher Price banner. The film is incredibly popular with children of all ages and the merchandise is still selling well years after the film was released in the cinema.
This toy in particular is Lightning McQueen, the main character from the film. He is a racing car who gets lost on the way to a race and ends up in the sleepy town of Radiator Springs. The toy has a reasonably good likeness to the character from the film with all the stickers faithfully reproduced. However, like the other toys in this line, the design is stylised, presumably to accommodate the mechanism inside.

Freaky Friday is a bodyswap film much in the same vein as Vice Versa, where two people swapbodies through some supernatural means and then struggle through as each of them try to come to comes with the swap as well realising ways of enjoying themselves a little bit more than usual!
Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan play the mother and daughter, constantly bickering, Tess and Anna Coleman. Tess is due to get married to Ryan (Mark Harmon), while Anna is suffering as every teenager does with everything being so unfair!! When a restaurant owner's daughter chants a 'spell' during a dinner evening out, neither of them think anything of it......until they wake up the next day in each other's bodies!
What follows is a well written and acted hour and a half of comedy, with situations cropping up all over the place, making it awkward ...
Advantages: Every beat in every bar has a reason for being there. Disadvantages: The mix seems to lack a bit of bottom end.
Break The Silence is the debut album from Brighton based McQueen. The album was produced by UK based Richie Kayvan and mixed by Kayvan and Queens Of The Stone Age/Tool producer Joe Barresi . The ten songs are short and sharp, aggressive tunes that attract punk and metal fans (no ballads here) but with enough melody and hooks to have wider appeal without sounding contrived. The tracks I did not take to straight away grew on me over time and I have found the CD more enjoyable with repeated listening. The shortness of the album also leaves me wanting more, which is never a bad thing. McQueen are impressing all the right people. This year A&R guru Tom Zutaut joined their management team, Slash invited them to tour with Velvet Revolver and they have been making guest appearances with a host of stars since relocating to Los Angeles to work ...
