What is a 'Wii Fit'?
Before explaining what a Wii Fit is, I will explain the equipment you will need for it. The Wii Fit works on a Nintendo Wii - the Wii is a games console, which uses a handheld remote for interactive play (simulating tennis etc). In addition to the games console you will need a Wii Fit balance board. This can be used with other games such as skiing etc but will initially be purchased with the Wii Fit software. The Wii is great for exercising and playing games. The are alot or games that you can buy to play on the Wii like, Mario Cart Racing, Wii Sports, G Force, Wii Fit ect.
All of the games that i have are very fun like Mario Cart Racing.
You can buy the Wii from places like, ARGOS, Currys, Toys R Us, ASDA, Tesco ect and you can buy the games for the same places and more.
I would have to say the Wii is very entertaining and is for the whole family. You can also get family games and games for one players. I somtimes play tennis or bowling with my Mum on Wii Sports and it is quite hard to get used to it. ...

Wii Fit is something quite difficult to review. But people think that playing things like Wii Fit, is doing them good. Like take Brain Training, it would make you smarter, or something like Guitar Hero would make them feel like rockstars. But does Wii Fit actually make you fit? I think yes. It does make you fit. It does actually work! Like balancing on the Balance Board improves your posture and balance. Muscle exercises grows and tightens your muscles. Aerobics games make you lose weight. Which in fact it does. But personally, I went jogging for 20 minutes and it said I GAINED one pound. Which must be a glitch, if you ask me. And today, Wii Fit costs £69.99 ($89.99) which may be a little on the pricey side. But amusing if you can afford it, it is so much worth to buy and helps you stay much in great shape.
