Advantages: Good roster of characters, Bright and colourful 3d, Good extra modes such as minigames Disadvantages: Brings nothing new to the racing genre, a pitful frame rate
Some of the gratest cartoon character get in go carts and race for the cartoonnetworkracing title.
CartoonNetworkRacing was released on the Sony Playstation 2 and the Nintendo DS but today we will be looking at the NDS version.
This version in my opinion is the better version becuase with its nice 3d graphics and fairly large roster the game does open up doors for a sequel.
However, with lots of things to unlock and a few minigames to play this game would mostly aim for a younger audience as they will be able to play as their favourite characters.
The nagatives of this game include: stuttering frame rate along with no real original ideas.
Finally, I would reccommend this game for under 10 year olds but for those who wish for a challenge Mario Kart DS is aimed for you. But overall I was very pleased with thios game ...
Advantages: Good controls, variety of weapons and modes Disadvantages: Repetitive, hard
I got this game as a present 2 years ago and played it for a while before stopping because it was getting too hard and a bit boring.
AIM OF THE GAME
Unlike previous Jak games, throughout the game you are constantly in a vehicle and cannot get out. The basic way the game works is that you are in a car that has weapons at the front and back and can do short turbo boosts. There are a variety of modes where you can do things like race but shooting people to get them out of your way, destroying as many other cars as possible in a time limit and smashing into things to name a few.
COLLECTING THE STUFF
Weapons and turbos are collected by driving through coloured blobs not unlike other games like Crash Nitro Kart. Yellow blobs are front weapons. These include machine guns, bombs, missiles etc. Red blobs are rear weapons ...
Advantages: Fun and entertaining for children Disadvantages: None
NOTE: I am writing this review on CartoonNetwork's website.
I used to check out CartoonNetwork's website when I was a lot younger. I checked it out again recently and I have to say, it has lost its enjoyment value.
This website would be a great way of entertaining your kids and keeping them entertained for a long time at that. It is full of great, fun games that your kids are bound to enjoy. The games are all based on the cartoons that are shown on the TV channel. The website is so easy to navigate around too, so even the youngest of kids, that have little computer experience, will have no problem playing and enjoying these fantastic games.
Some of these games can not only be fun but also very educational which is a huge bonus, as it helps the kids learn whilst doing something they really enjoy.
Overall, I think that Cartoon ...
