It compares favorably in price and quality to many California coastal appellation chardonnays that retail in the same price range. It matches well with a variety of white poultry, fish, and mild cheeses(particularly Port Salut, Emmentaler, and a variety of goat cheeses). This chardonnay presents a medium bouquet of apple and pear with oak accents. The bouquet is matched in the taste characteristics with a medium to light body.
