Case Logic Carrying case

I bought this Case Logic Case online, as it worked out a lot cheaper than some stores where selling it at, and the price was good for it's quality I thought. I have had it over a year now, used it everyday and it stills looks like the day I bought it, so in my opinion, it has lasted really well indeed!

Reason For Purchasing:
This has been a really great Notebook, or in my case, Laptop carrying bag, that I have used for over a year. I bought it to protect my laptop, whenever I was not using it and for carrying it around in. I have now given it to my daughter, as I have a newer pull along one. This one though, is suitable for storing your laptop or notebook in when indoors, but I would not recommend it for travelling, as it is not that padded enough for protection really.

Design:
This Case Logic case, came in a clear plastic bag and that was it. It did not state if it was water proof, but I certainly would not take my Laptop outside in heavy rain in this case anyway, so I will just say it is not. I did get a few raindrops on it once taking it into my car though, but I am still saying it is not waterproof.

Well anyway, this Case Logic - Laptop carrying case is very nicely designed indeed. It comes in black and is made from a very thick nylon material. It is all very well stitched together and is very sturdy. It is quite stylish and looks good in my opinion. It is easily opened up by two strong metal zips, that glide very easily, around this case also and to my liking.

The inside of the entire case is lined with a silver nylon material, that is washable with a damp cloth. It is a good size and will hold up to a 17 inch Laptop and has plenty of room for all your other accessories in it also. The shoulder strap is very strong and is made from a thick, woven, nylon material. You can adjust the straps to suit your needs and height, with the plastic clasps, at the sides. These are very easy to work by sliding them up and down along the strap. The strap can also be easy removed if you need to take it off by the clips on the side of the case.

This Case Logic case also has a great padded shoulder protector, fitted to the top of the strap, which works well and gives you protection and comfort when carrying your laptop around I find. Also on the bottom are two little rubber feet which are handy if you want to set it down on the floor. The overall design of this bag is really very good and it feels very comfortable when carrying it and it also is very lightweight, even with my Laptop inside.

Inside the Notebook/Laptop Case:
Inside this Case Logic case you will find many compartments, which are all very useful I find. They are very easy to get into, as the case opens right up with the strong zips around it. The first, larger compartment is where your laptop or notebook fits into. It is well padded and has dividers at the left side for cables, or a mouse etc. At the top of this compartment there is a really useful folder that easily holds papers or other accessories. I use it for my software discs. There is also an elastic strap, stitched to either side of the case and stretches across the middle, that can be used for securing your laptop tightly in place, by two plastic clasps, if you are moving it around. This works well and my laptop always stays securely in position.

The front compartment on this carrying case is a zipped pocket, which completely opens up also. Inside this compartment there is many great holders for CDs, pens or papers. There also is a little mesh compartment that is good for putting your mobile or other gadgets into when you carry it around. There really is great organizing space inside this Laptop case, that really is very useful indeed. There is room for everything inside you will need for your Laptop and it can be all comfortably carried around in this useful little case.

My Overall Opinion:
Overall this is a great Notebook or Laptop carrying case, that I have got great use from everyday and it still looks as good as new. I have washed it down a few times also and the material cleans very easily indeed. It has not worn or faded at all. It really is a great organiser for storing your important software discs in, as it has great CD compartments inside. I would have to say though that I would not use this case for travelling abroad with, as it is not that well padded and I personally do not think it would protect your laptop from the bashing around that goes on at Airports, but it certainly is an excellent everyday carrying case for using around your home or travelling with in your car.

I have passed this case onto my daughter now and she uses it for her smaller 15 inch notebook (which also fits securely inside this case by the way) I am sure she will get great use out of it like I have done and I can see this case lasting for a few more years at least.

Overall this really is a great Notebook or Laptop, carrying case, that I would highly recommend for everyday use. It is very comfortable to carry on your shoulder, quite stylish and holds everything you need for using with your laptop also. The price of it is very good also, in my opinion, for this good, high quality, well made carrying case. A big thumbs up from me!

I would give this case logic case 4 out of five stars. One star deducted for padding.
