I bought this digital camera in January of this year after having a few bad experience with previous cameras, this Casio EX-Z1050 installed my confidence in digital cameras before I turned my back and went back to the old disposable effects you see at most drunken nights out.
When I purchased the camera it was £170 off the internet, I came across the same model again on the internet to find it can be purchased for £120, what a bargin!, still I have had so much use over the past 9 months which I can,t get annoyed about.
The main features of the camera are the 10.1 megapixels, this is where you can achieve quality pictures that are so clear and colourful, you could never go back to any other camera that filled your holidays/nights out etc before. You can also reduce the megapixels down a notch, which makes it easier if you wanna send photos via email or list stuff on ebay, the other main features are the video recorder which is excellent addition and is of high quality, depending on which memory card you deceide to purchase, it will vary how much video time or pictures you can take, I would recommend anything over a 1gb card, this will solve all your needs
The EX-Z1050 is rather small in size and weighs 125g, about the same size and weight of most mobile phones which are out there, it can be easily carryied in your pocket/bag on a night out, wherever you seem to go. The battery life is also a plus, it will last for serveral days if your only taking pictures, the video element does wear the battery down, this is to be expected on all types of gadgets.
The only downfall of the camera, it does,nt come with a memory card, I would advise to purchase at the same time, also no carry case is provide, this is also a must, it does come with a desktop charger and all the software, usb cable etc, the charged is also all linked into to the downloading of the pictures to the pc.
Anyway enough of me blabbing on, below is the full spec of the camera
