Advantages: Great Picture Quality & Video Recording Disadvantages: LCD display not as sharp as pictures
I bought this camera for my brother's birthday a few weeks ago but I had the pleasure of using it for a weekend away before I handed it over to him.
It is a good looking little camera which is affordable and well constructed (i.e., it doesn't feel like it's gonna fall to pieces in your hands, like some other products I have had!) packed full of features, some I will probably never or rarely use, but its good that they are there! I would recommend buying a memory card as the camera's internal memory is only 32MB probably enough for about 20 or 30 photos; an annoying downside with most cameras, no doubt design to make you spend more money for the extra capacity! Having said that, it is extremely good value.

It is a good looking little camera which is affordable and well constructed (i.e., it doesn't feel like it's gonna fall to pieces in your hands, like some other products I have had!) packed full of features, some I will probably never or rarely use, but its good that they are there! The camera itself was £99.99 but I paid an extra £50 to get a 512MB memory card and a carry case. I would recommend buying a memory card as the camera's internal memory is only 32MB probably enough for about 20 or 30 photos; an annoying downside with most cameras, no doubt design to make you spend more money for the extra capacity! Having said that, it is extremely good value.
It is 6MP which is more than enough for most users. Photos come out very sharp and clear. The camera has a zoom function to take close ups.
The camera is easy to use, although it takes some time to get used to what the symbols for the different modes mean - I had to refer to the manual for this.
The only real downside is that the LCD display is not very sharp and this is off-putting while taking pictures, although this is not reflected in the quality of the photos once they are developed. However it is a large display which is good.
You can record videos with sound and these are of surprisingly good quality.
It takes standard AA batteries. This is a huge advantage as you don't have to worry about charging them and they are easier to replace than rechargeable batteries that come with other cameras. They also seem to last longer than the rechargeable types of batteries that are camera specific.
Included in the box is all the standard equipment you'd expect - i.e. manual, strap, USB cable, power cable, CD with software for your PC.
Advantages: Brilliant Picture Quality, Good Video Recording, Good Flash Disadvantages: None
...go for this one after Casio getting constantly good reviews about there products. This camera offers 6.0Megapixel photos with video recording with audio, it has a large 2.0" inch colour screen, has an anti-shake function and takes SD memory cards.
The picture quality from the camera is absolutely fantastic, the pictures are sharp and precise and with 3x optical zoom enables you to get that slight bit closer when taking photographs. The video recording ... ...quality which is suprising as its a camera and not really a video camera! When buying this camera you will need to have a minimum of 512mb SD card as the photos and videos do take up a lot of memory but with the prices of SD cards coming down all the time, this won't cause you to break the bank. The camera is very well laid out with all buttons located in ideal places that are easy to reach and use. The cameras interface is very simple and switching ...
