Fed up of my old bulky camera I decided to treat myself to a new sleek camera. The Casio Exilim series immediately stuck out due to the good looks and recommendations from friends.
It has a rechargeable battery which lasts a good length of time, never runs out of nights out like my last camera did.
It has many picture effects settings including portrait, monochrome, vintage etc. It also has a movie video mode which has great focus but also records sound, this was a feature that I particularly wanted when looking for a suitble camera. The photos (pictures) themselves are of good quality and are relatively flattering compared to some photos that other cameras take.
It has a calender on the camera that you can view so that you can look at the photos that were just takn that day. I like this feature very much as it acts like a visual diary.
Overall I am extremely happy with the Casio Exilim Z70, it is light, easy to use with many useful features.
I still think it was helpful, rather than somewhat helpful, especially since it's a new reviewer like myself with not much experience yet.
